KNI provides a platform that connects commercial kitchen owners with qualified service professionals, including equipment repair, maintenance, and related services. Our platform facilitates service bookings, communication, and payment processing between users and service providers.

User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must:

Service Bookings

Service providers (engineers, vendors) on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of KNI. While we verify credentials and maintain quality standards, KNI is not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of service providers.

Intellectual Property

All content on the KNI platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KNI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KNI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KNI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
